Meeting Your Rental item Needs

For your convenience, we offer the following options and suggestions to help with the rental items you may need for your event:

Foyer

(1) 24″ Round Table
Rent: 90″ Round Cloth

*commonly used for guest book, welcome notes, etc.

Double Parlor

(2) 60″ Round Tables
Rent: 120″ Round Cloths

*commonly used for heavier food, chafer items, etc.

Notes: There are 25 chairs in this room.

Cake Room

(1) 60″ Round Table
Rent: 132″ Round Cloth

*commonly used for Bride’s cake, desserts, etc.

There are 4 armchairs in this room.

Dining Room

(1) Oval Antique Table Measuring Approximately 8’4″ x 4’4″
Rent: 90″ x 156″ Cloth (8’ Cloth)

*commonly used for fruit and cheese, dips, lighter fare, etc.

Notes: There are 8 chairs in this room.

Bar Room

(4) 30″ Square Tables
Rent: 90″ Round Cloth

*commonly used for guest seating

Notes: There are 28 chairs in this room.

Back Porch

Many events will also rent tall Bistro tables (with or without chairs) for the back porch and you can comfortably fit 4-5 Bistro tables in this area. These tables require 120” round cloths or 132” round cloths with sashes if you like the “martini glass” shape.

Courtyard and Courtyard Extension

(10) 42″ Wrought Iron Tables, 4 Chairs at Each
Rent: 96″ Round Cloths or 72″ x 72″ Toppers

Notes: The courtyard extension is typically used for the DJ or Band and the dance area is 37′ x 48′. Additional lighting is needed if this area will be used. A 30’x45′ tent can be put on “rain-reserve” for inclement/cold weather for the courtyard extension as well as additional 20’x20′ tents to cover the courtyard. During warm weather months, you may wish to rent 1-3 fans. During cold weather months, you may wish to rent 1-3 heaters. 3- 4 Bistro tables are a great option to use around your dance area as well.  

The Courtyard and the Courtyard Extension is also the preferred area for most wedding ceremonies at the Ezell House.  If you choose the Moongate as your backdrop, that area can fit up to 100 chairs.  If you choose the fountain as your backdrop, that area can fit up to 175 chairs. You will need to rent your ceremony chairs from one of our local rental companies.

The Moon Gate is 96″(8′) in diameter and a King size sheet will fit as a backdrop should you desire a specific color.

Carriage House Bar

(3) 48″ Round Tables
Rent: 108″ Round Cloths or 72″ x 72″ Toppers

Notes: There are 15 cane back chairs in the bar.

Additional Items

*We also have 2 additional 8′ tables to be used throughout the house. These take a rented 90″ x 156″ cloth.

*We also have 2 additional 6′ tables to be used throughout the house. These take a rented 90″ x 132″ cloth.

*We also have 1 additional 60″ round table to be used throughout the house. This takes a rented 120″ round cloth.

*We also have 2 additional 4′ tables to be used throughout the house.  This takes a rented 108″ round cloth.

*We also have 1 additional 8′ seminar table to be used throughout the house.  This takes a rented 90″ X 156″ cloth and is commonly used for a children’s table or a candy table.

*The average cost for all of the above linens [which may not all be needed] is around $700.00.  

Basic ceremony chairs average $2.75 per chair.
